New Head of Project Management at Plowman Craven
A warm welcome to Ronan McArdle who recently joined Plowman Craven as Head of Project Management. Ronan brings extensive Program and Project Management experience to the business, having worked within the IT and Financial Services industries for more than 30 years.
His extensive knowledge in stakeholder management, and effective leadership of teams through the end-to-end project lifecycle, will ensure the most appropriate project management techniques and methods are applied to the wide range of surveying projects we deliver each year.
Ronan will work closely with our Project Managers and the wider business units across Plowman Craven to enhance our processes, including governance and best practice.
It’s great to be involved at one of the leading survey measurement companies in the UK and I’m excited at the challenges and opportunities this change of sector brings for me.
