Sally Cleaver, Associate Director at Plowman Craven

An essential part of our progression is how we focus on our growing capabilities and the alignment of developing individuals within the organisation. As a result, we are delighted to announce that our HR Manager, Sally Cleaver, has been promoted to an Associate Director of the Company.

In her new role, Sally will be working in a strategic capacity, steering our continuous staff development initiative to guarantee we have the skills and capabilities we need to deliver our vision.

I’m very much looking forward to working in my new capacity as Associate Director. Having worked at Plowman Craven for eight years myself, I know how fast paced and challenging the survey industry can be.
