How was Plowman Craven involved? Plowman Craven is the primary survey contractor for all the Kings central Survey works. Surveying all aspects of the sixty-seven acre site including all topographical, all existing structures and providing BIM deliverables for several existing key retained buildings. |

How was Plowman Craven involved? As part of the Kings Cross Central development, Plowman Craven surveyed the existing old Train Assembly Shed and adjacent structures as the basis for the new University of the Arts Campus. Laser scanning was the primary tool to capture in particular the high level truss and overhead information critical for design and heritage recording. |

How was Plowman Craven involved? Following Plowman Craven's long term relationship with the Crown Estate on Regent Street, Net and Gross internal area measurement reports were produced on completion of this extensive mixed used redevelopment. |

How was Plowman Craven involved? Plowman Craven undertook accurate laser scanning of all existing below ground infrastructure and all above ground structures including basement areas. A detailed 3D model was produced and is still utilised to this day by TFL as the prime survey model for the scheme. Deformation monitoring and control grid maintenance is still taking place by a specialist Plowman Craven team. |
