We’re now expanding our talented digital team into Poland and are looking for a dynamic Senior Digital Lead to play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality Scan to BIM solutions on some of the most exciting and iconic projects in the industry.

As a senior driving force within our dynamic Digital team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering BIM-ready models that bring complex, high-profile projects to life around the world. Your deep expertise in Revit, strategic mindset, and commitment to excellence will help us raise the bar in digital surveying; delivering smarter solutions, inspiring innovation, and setting new industry standards. What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the delivery of high-quality Revit survey models, ensuring they meet client specifications and uphold our best-in-class standards.
- Be a go-to technical expert, mentoring the Digital Delivery and production teams while championing best practices in Scan to BIM modelling and quality assurance.
- Keep our Scan to BIM documentation sharp, up-to-date, and aligned with evolving industry standards and in-house innovations.
- Partner closely with the Head of Digital to shape and drive strategic improvements, streamline workflows, and elevate the digital function across the board.
- Collaborate across project managers, surveyors, internal teams, and suppliers to select the best-fit modelling workflows and tools for every project challenge.
- Validate graphical and non-graphical model data with a fine-tooth comb to ensure consistency, compliance, and quality assurance across all deliverables.
- Drive excellence on every project – ensuring we not only meet but exceed expectations on quality, timelines, and safety.
- Cultivate a strong learning culture by promoting continuous development in BIM, Revit, and the broader digital space.
- Oversee and optimise BIM production workflows to ensure efficient workload planning and forecasting across our internal teams and extended supply chain.
- Support our outsourcing and supply chain relationships to deliver seamless scalability and outstanding quality.
- Provide technical Revit support across project teams, solving problems, sharing insights, and unlocking smarter ways of working.
- Team up with the sales function to shape accurate estimates and compelling technical documents – and bring your expertise to client pitches and presentations.
- Join client and design meetings to offer digital leadership, listen to their needs, and represent the excellence we bring to every project.

Person Specification
You Must Have:
- Previous employment at a survey company.
- Experience working with the design/construction/ AEC industry.
- Understanding of what BIM is and the importance of data.
- Working understanding of BIM as a standard, process, and experience in its application.
- Great interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across the Project Team, clients, and colleagues.
- At least 7 years of experience using Revit for Scan to BIM projects.
- Strong background in the construction industry with a proven track of working with point cloud data.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in authoring within AutoCAD based on point cloud data
- Good team management
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
- Loyal, self-motivated, and pro-active
- Attention to detail and eagerness to take ownership to deliver high-quality outputs
It Would Be Nice For You To Have:
- Structural or Architectural background.
- Experience using other BIM software like ArchiCAD / Tekla / AECOSim
- Clash Detection experience
- Experience in rendering and model visualisation
- A passion to learn and develop a further understanding of the BIM process
- Project Management experience
