We’re now expanding our talented digital team into Poland and are looking for a dynamic Digital Lead to play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality Scan to BIM solutions on some of the most exciting and iconic projects in the industry.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver accurate, high-quality Revit survey models on time, every time - hitting spec and exceeding expectations.
• Mentor and guide our in-house Digital Delivery and production teams to uphold top-tier Scan to BIM practices and quality.
• Keep us cutting-edge by maintaining and evolving our Scan to BIM standards and documentation.
• Be a driving force for innovation that supports senior leadership in shaping smarter and faster digital workflows.
• Collaborate across teams to define the best-fit modelling workflows and tech for each unique project.
• Ensure model data is clean, consistent, and compliant with our quality assurance processes.
• Champion excellence in every project setting the bar for quality, precision, and safety.
• Spark learning and upskilling within the team.
• Help manage outsourced partners and ensure external teams meet our standards.
• Act as the Revit go-to, supporting project teams with expert guidance.
• Join client and design meetings to offer insights and drive confidence.
• Spot areas for improvement and bring fresh ideas to level up our digital delivery.
• Support our marketing team by providing model renderings and visualisations that wow.

Person Specification

You Must Have:

• Excellent written and spoken English essential.
• Experience working with the design/construction/ AEC industry.
• Understanding of what BIM is and the importance of data.
• Working understanding of BIM as a standard, process, and experience in its application.
• Great interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across the Project Team, clients, and colleagues.
• At least 3 years of experience using Revit for Scan to BIM projects leveraging point cloud data.
• Experience in authoring within AutoCAD based on point cloud data
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
• Loyal, self-motivated, and pro-active
• Attention to detail and eagerness to take ownership to deliver high-quality outputs.

It Would Be Nice For You To Have:

• Structural or Architectural background.
• Previous employment at a survey company.
• Experience using other BIM software like ArchiCAD / Tekla / AECOSim
• Experience in rendering and model visualisation.
• A passion to learn and develop a further understanding of the BIM process.
