As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll work alongside our UK and international development teams to design, develop, and deliver innovative web-based solutions. You’ll be involved in full stack development, lead technical conversations, and play a key role in product evolution. You’ll also be an integral link between teams, driving collaboration, and ensuring our software delivers exceptional value to our clients.

How You’ll Shape the Future with Us

  • Develop and maintain web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL/Postgres.
  • Build and manage web servers with Node.js and Express and create dynamic front-end interfaces using React and EJS.
  • Write PowerShell scripts for backend process automation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across development, innovation, and external partners.
  • Identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot bugs, and ensure the performance, security, and scalability of applications.
  • Stay at the forefront of tech trends to keep our products and processes ahead of the curve.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with strong skills in:
    • HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript
    • Backend: Node.js, Express, NestJS
    • Frontend: React, EJS
    • Databases: SQL, Postgres
    • Scripting: PowerShell
  • Experience with GitHub, Docker, and deployment processes.
  • Based locally, you will be in the office a couple of days per week alongside the current team, as well as the flexibility of hybrid working.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and collaborative mindset.
  • Familiar with PowerApps, AWS/Azure or cybersecurity practices.
  • 5+ years of delivery experience.
