Now, we’re looking for a Business Development Manager to help take our market presence to the next level. This role is perfect for someone who knows how to engage senior stakeholders in property and real assets, understands complex client ecosystems, and can drive long-term value through strategic relationship-building.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within property or real assets (PropTech or Geospatial experience is a bonus!).
  • A strategic thinker who can map and engage accounts, influence multiple senior stakeholders, and drive long-term commercial success.
  • A highly commercial mindset, with the ability to translate client challenges into tailored solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with confidence engaging at senior levels.
  • A results-driven, proactive mindset, comfortable working in an evolving business and taking ownership of opportunities.
  • CRM expertise, ensuring pipeline accuracy and seamless account management.
    Willingness to travel and represent Plowman Craven at key industry events.
